Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

SimplySell ("we," "us," or "our") publishes a read-only catalog of Pag-IBIG foreclosed property listings sourced from publicly available data. The Service is informational — there are no accounts to create, no forms to submit, and no way to send messages to us or any third party through the site.

We process the minimum information needed to operate the site, in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules. Privacy questions can be sent to simplysellph+legal@gmail.com.

2. What We Don't Collect

To make our scope explicit: the Service does not ask for and does not collect any of the following.

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other identifiers.
• Account credentials — we don't offer accounts or social-login integrations.
• Property listings or photos submitted by users.
• Inquiries, messages, or contact-form submissions.
• Precise location (GPS) data.
• Advertising or marketing analytics cookies, pixels, or fingerprints.

3. What We Do Collect

a) Theme preference

If you switch the site between light and dark mode, your choice is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. This is a single key (theme) and never leaves the browser. Clearing your site data removes it.

b) Server request logs

The Service runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare receives and processes each request to operate the site (TLS termination, edge caching, DDoS protection). Cloudflare's edge may retain standard server-log fields — IP address, timestamp, request URL, user-agent string, and response status — for limited operational and security purposes. We do not directly store, analyze, or correlate these logs with any user identity. Cloudflare's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy.

4. Source of Listing Data

Property listings shown on the Service originate from Pag-IBIG Fund's publicly published foreclosure auction information. We collect this data through automated scraping of public sources and re-display it for browsability. We do not maintain a contractual or affiliate relationship with Pag-IBIG Fund; the listings are public-record information re-presented in a more navigable form. Listings may be out of date, withdrawn, or incorrectly transcribed — see the Terms and Conditions for the data-accuracy disclaimer.

5. Third Parties

Our only operational third-party processor is Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the site (Workers), the listing database (D1), and the image storage (R2). No data you submit to the Service is shared with advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics vendors — we don't use any.

The footer links to a Facebook page operated by us as our public contact channel. If you click through to Facebook, your interaction there is governed by Meta's policies, not this one.

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to request erasure or blocking, to rectify, to data portability, to be indemnified for damages sustained from inaccurate, false, unlawfully obtained, or unauthorized use of personal data, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. Because we do not maintain an account system or store personal data submitted to the Service, most rights are exercised by clearing your browser data. 7. Data Security

The Service relies on Cloudflare's platform-level security controls. We do not store credentials or sensitive personal information, so the risk surface from our side is minimal by design.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
