What do I pay if I win?

Once the Declaration of Highest Offer appears in your Status Tracker, pay the ₱1,000 non-refundable reservation fee. For cash or short-term, pay it within 5 working days, with at least 3% of your offer after the discount. For long-term installment, you have 15 calendar days. Your batch's invitation has the exact deadlines. If you back out, you lose what you paid and Pag-IBIG suspends you from bidding.
