FAQ

How do I bid on this property?

Get a Buyer ID on the Pag-IBIG portal. It takes up to 3 working days, so register at least 3 working days before the deadline.
Submit your offer on the portal by Oct 9, 11:59 PM. It must be at least ₱1,950,500, before the discount.
Choose cash, short-term or long-term installment. Once submitted, an offer is final. You can make up to 3 offers per batch.
Pag-IBIG opens offers on Oct 13 at 9:00 AM. The highest offer wins. Results appear in the portal's Status Tracker and by email or SMS.

What do I pay if I win?

Once the Declaration of Highest Offer appears in your Status Tracker, pay the ₱1,000 non-refundable reservation fee. For cash or short-term, pay it within 5 working days, with at least 3% of your offer after the discount. For long-term installment, you have 15 calendar days. Your batch's invitation has the exact deadlines. If you back out, you lose what you paid and Pag-IBIG suspends you from bidding.

Is there a discount?

Yes. This batch is part of Pag-IBIG's Super Sale: 30% off your offer, however you pay, as long as you pay the fees and submit your documents on time.

This property is occupied. What should I do?

Expect to deal with the occupants yourself. Pag-IBIG sells the property as is, occupants and unpaid dues included. It gives you documents proving ownership, and you settle with them through the barangay or, if needed, the courts.
